Quality of this place has really gone down . They don’t even bother to wipe down the doors or leather seats when you pay extra for interior cleaning and the wheel wells where you’re supposed to power wash before the car goes in is still as filthy as when I brought it in. $40 out the window and the only thing clean is the outside. Thanks for stealing my money. And if you tell them they missed a spot and it’s still filthy they tell you to speak to the manager. No, do your job right.

A lot of these bad reviews are just people with unrealistic expectations. This is a car wash, not a detail shop. You’re not getting a deep-clean, crumb-free interior in 10 minutes. For what they offer, they do a great job every time, and the staff is always friendly. I’ve spent more money at other places for worse service (not even getting mats cleaned). If you understand what you’re paying for, this place is absolutely worth it.

Went for a car wash because I noticed dirt on my hood specifically. Got “the works” and guess what? Didnt “work” out so well. Since there are plenty of other car washes that will take the extra 15 seconds to make sure theres no dirt left i will not be returning

I had an excellent experience at Toms River Car Wash and it is officially my new go to car wash. The prices are probably the cheapest in the area, and the monthly plan is a great value if you wash regularly. On top of that, if you go on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, you get ten dollars off, which makes it an even better deal. They also offer a military discount, which I really appreciate. What really stood out was the service. Everyone was genuinely nice and professional. They took their time drying the car properly and made sure the dressings were applied carefully instead of rushing through it. My car looked great when they were done. Great value, great people, and great results. Highly recommend.

Absolute worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I politely asked the lady to clean a spot they missed, and instead of doing her job, she got nasty with me, telling me to ‘make sure to remove all my things next time.’ My car was completely empty, and when I pointed that out, she started arguing with me. Things escalated to the point where she got out, slammed my car door, and the cops ended up getting involved. Completely unprofessional, rude, and not worth a dime. If you value your car—or your peace of mind—stay far away from this place.
